Stella McCartney want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, Stella McCartney will gladly accept your return of unwashed, unworn, unaltered or defective merchandise within 14 days (Sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. Please make sure any garment is unworn, in its original condition and placed back in its protective packaging and then returned within 30 days for items purchased at full price and 14 days for discounted items.). Merchandise must have all tags attached. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip included with your shipment. Failure to include this form will result in prolonged processing of your return. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned and exchanged at any time.
