How does Orchard Mile work?

Orchard Mile is an online destination where you can shop full collections directly from your favorite designers' sites with one simple shopping bag. You can browse, search, and explore items from all over the web, yet have the ease of checking out once.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to the U.S. (but stay tuned...)

How much does shipping cost?

We think shopping should be easy. So of course, shipping is on us. (By the way, did we mention that we also cover the cost of returns on most items for you? See below.)

What are duties and taxes?

Some brands, including House of Dagmar, Faith Connexion, Temperley London, and Okapi, ship internationally. U.S. Customs may apply duties and taxes to your purchases before or after delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

We will send you an order confirmation email once the order is placed. When the item ships from each brand and is en route to you, we will send you another email message.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are processed Monday through Friday within 24 to 48 hours. As soon as your order ships, the tracking number will be sent via email. Most brands ship ground with an estimated delivery of 2 to 5 business days. Roland Mouret, Matthew Williamson, Temperley London, House of Dagmar, and Faith Connexion ship international express with an estimated delivery of 2 to 3 business days. If you need your order expedited, please reach out to concierge@orchardmile.com immediately after placing your order.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

What is your return policy?

Orchard Mile works with various retail partners and the return policy varies per product and depending on the vendor. You can also view a products return policy on the product detail page on the website.

Return information is provided in Orchard Mile's return communications to each customer once a return is requested. If the brand charges you a return fee, we will refund that amount directly to your original method of payment.

Your returned item must arrive at the vendor no later than specified days (14 or 30 days depending on the vendor) after you receive the order.

After this time we cannot guarantee that the boutique will accept the order for a refund.

We strongly recommend that you request your return on OrchardMile.com within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives at the vendor within 14 days. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.

Once your return has been received by the vendor and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method including the cost of returns if charged.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit:

Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided. If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded. Hosiery must be returned in its unopened packages and lingerie/swimwear must only be tried on over your own lingerie garments.

How do I return an item?

Orchard Mile offers free returns, with the exception of items shipped from Saks 5th Avenue. All Saks items will include a pre-paid United States Postal Service return label; the return postage indicated to the left of the label will be deducted from your refund. All returns must comply with our return policy in order to qualify for a refund.

  1. Sign into Orchard Mile and go to My Account.
  2. Under Orders, click on your order number for return.
  3. Simply click request return next to the items you wish to return. Our concierge will email you confirming your return request.
  4. Shortly thereafter, our concierge will send you an return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s); including postage labels if necessary.
  5. After receiving confirmation of the return authorization number from our concierge, affix the postage to your package and send it back to the brand (vendor) via the carrier noted in the email. (You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed.)

We encourage you to create an account when placing an order to expedite the return process should you need to return your item(s).

Once your return is received and approved at the brand, you will receive a refund within 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card.

If the brand charges you a return fee, we will refund that amount directly to your original method of payment.

I returned an item. When will I receive my credit?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed after it has been received. Once it has been processed, we will notify you via email and credit your original form of payment.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Congrats! If you've received a gift card, shop as you normally would, then at checkout, select "Enter a Gift Card" in the billing section. Enter your gift card number in the corresponding box that appears, then select "review order." Your card value will be deducted from your shopping bag balance.

What does Final Sale mean?

If a product is marked FINAL SALE, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Products that are final sale will be indicated below the price.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and international credit cards.
