Schutz want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, Schutz will gladly accept your return of unwashed, unworn, unaltered or defective merchandise within 14 days (Sale items are 'final sale'. Only unworn items can be returned or exchanged. The shoes must be in perfect condition, in the original box, unwashed, undamaged, and with all the original tags attached. Items purchased as part of limited-time offers are eligible only for exchange within the selected styles included in the original promotion, within 14 days from the delivery date).
