Schutz want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, Schutz will gladly accept your return of unwashed, unworn, unaltered or defective merchandise within 14 days (Sale items are 'final sale'. Only unworn items can be returned or exchanged. The shoes must be in perfect condition, in the original box, unwashed, undamaged, and with all the original tags attached. Items purchased as part of limited-time offers are eligible only for exchange within the selected styles included in the original promotion, within 14 days from the delivery date). Merchandise must have all tags attached. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip included with your shipment. Failure to include this form will result in prolonged processing of your return. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned and exchanged at any time.

Schutz reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Any merchandise received outside of the return window will be returned to the customer.
