If you are not satisfied for any reason, Philosophy will gladly accept your return of unwashed, unworn, unaltered or defective merchandise within 14 days (All products are final sale, unless, the product was deliverered damaged). Merchandise must have all tags attached. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip included with your shipment. Failure to include this form will result in prolonged processing of your return. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned and exchanged at any time.

Philosophy reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Any merchandise received outside of the return window will be returned to the customer.
