Free ground shipping is available on all orders shipped within the U.S., shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return

PAIGE want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, PAIGE will gladly accept your return of unwashed, unworn, unaltered or defective merchandise within 30 days of the purchase. (Returned merchandise must be presented in its original condition with the tag attached and accompanied by a return form. Face Masks and Bodysuits are final sale and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale items are final sale and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange). Merchandise must have all tags attached. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip included with your shipment. Failure to include this form will result in prolonged processing of your return. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned and exchanged at any time.

To return a PAIGE item, we kindly ask you to Use the return label enclosed in your packing to send the merchandise back. If a return label was not included or lost, please login to your Orchard Mile account, and select the order you would like to return. Within the order details page, click "Request Return" for each item you would like to return.

PAIGE reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Any merchandise received outside of the return window will be returned to the customer.

Please note: We cannot confirm delivery of your return but we will send a confirmation email that your credit card has been refunded within approximately 10-14 business days of receiving your returned merchandise.
