Return

Fleur du Mal want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, Fleur du Mal will gladly accept your return of unwashed, unworn, unaltered or defective merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. (Items marked “FINAL SALE” are final sale and cannot be returned. Please note: briefs, bodysuits and swimsuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact or which show any signs of wear will not be accepted. Returned items received damaged will not be accepted. Fleur du Mal reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a fee on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition. Panty Packs, Silk Masks, Le Wand products, Stockings, Bristol 6 Nippies and House of Waris teas are non-returnable and final sale.). Merchandise must have all tags attached. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip included with your shipment. Failure to include this form will result in prolonged processing of your return. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned and exchanged at any time.

To return a Fleur du Mal item, we kindly ask you to use the return label enclosed in your packing to send the merchandise back. If a return label was not included or lost, please login to your Orchard Mile account, and select the order you would like to return. Within the order details page, click "Request Return" for each item you would like to return.

Fleur du Mal reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Any merchandise received outside of the return window will be returned to the customer.

Please note: We cannot confirm delivery of your return but we will send a confirmation email that your credit card has been refunded within approximately 10-14 business days of receiving your returned merchandise.
