If you are not satisfied for any reason, Alexis will gladly accept your return of unwashed, unworn, unaltered or defective merchandise within 14 days of purchase (NO RETURNS ON FINAL SALE ITEMS. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip included with your shipment. Failure to include this form will result in prolonged processing of your return. Alexis reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Any merchandise received outside of the return window will be returned to the customer.
Please note: We cannot confirm delivery of your return but we will send a confirmation email that your credit card has been refunded within approximately 10-14 business days of receiving your returned merchandise.
