Giuseppe Zanotti want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, Giuseppe Zanotti will gladly accept your return of unwashed, unworn, unaltered or defective merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. . Merchandise must have all tags attached. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip included with your shipment. Failure to include this form will result in prolonged processing of your return. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned and exchanged at any time.
To return a Giuseppe Zanotti item, we kindly ask you to use the return label enclosed in your packing to send the merchandise back. If a return label was not included or lost, please login to your Orchard Mile account, and select the order you would like to return. Within the order details page, click "Request Return" for each item you would like to return.
Giuseppe Zanotti reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Any merchandise received outside of the return window will be returned to the customer.
